Belle and Sebastian Sinister

If You’re Feeling Sinister is the second album released by pop group Belle & Sebastian. It was produced and released in 1996 to great praise, and though it didn’t do fantastic - it was released on an independent label - it has since gained a wide cult audience. It’s also considered to be the high point of Belle & Sebastian’s career.
Though leader Stuart Murdoch considers If You’re Feeling Sinister to be among their best work, he considers the recording of the songs inferior to most albums. As such Belle & Sebastian released a live recording of the album, If You’re Feeling Sinister: Live at the Barbican in iTunes to offer fans a copy of their songs that’s superior to the original.
